This album by The Meeks Family was recorded in beautiful downtown Madisonville, Kentucky - though it seems as if The Meeks Family originated out of Houston, Texas. Even a quick or terse listen to this masterful album reveals the fact that all members of The Meeks Family chipped in and also sang a lot. This is a fine and dandy family Gospel album and The Meeks Family cover all of their spiritual bases by doing some originals and even some covers.
