VARIOUS ARTISTS - SMELLS LIKE L.A. (1993)


Back in the 1990s I was in a band called The Shatners and despite heroic efforts,
we really never went anywhere. But in the middle of going nowhere we hooked up
with several other bands in a "coalition" called the "Alternative Power Source"
which also went nowhere (despite heroic efforts) and in the middle of all that
there was a nice compilation album released and The Shatners are on it
and other bands, too. As far as I can tell "Smells Like L.A." is out of print,
in fact I can find no mention of it on our precious Internet, I did the cover art
and Al Borie (Shatners) did the layout and it's all rather good - BENBENEK
