HPS ABSOLUTELY NOT REALLY AMAZING OLD 78 RPM RECORD MP3 DOWNLOAD








HESPERIA - CALIFORNIA'S NEW FRONTIER!


I enjoy browsing through vast piles of old 33 RPM vinyl LPs in search of items of interest,
however put a pile of teetering 45 RPM records in my vicinity and I turn up my proverbial nose.

That said, for some darn reason or another I was at the nice Christian thrift store in Bellflower
getting myself out of the rain and looking at records (and books!) when I spied a small mound
of crummy 45 RPM singles at the bottom of a treacherous box. I thought "Oh what the heck" and
grabbed the 45s and started looking. The only interesting small record I found was and is
the following one...it's actually a two-sided 78 RPM tribute to Hesperia, Ca - and Hesperia
is a city far from Long Beach accessible via a few choice freeways towards the desert

The two songs on this 78 are definite promo songs for Hesperia and
I figure were released sometime in the 1950s (but who knows?)

The two artists on the record are The West-O-Cats and F.X. McDonald Jr.
