in a scratchy manner in and out and throughout it's entire length and breadth.

The theme or "thematic quality" of this album is "dumb songs for children"
not that all children's songs are dumb, but that just the songs on this album
are dumb and they're also scratchy throughout all the way through the album
and aren't nonsensical run-on sentences simply the greatest and best?

Anyway, you'll get the point and subsequent "idea" as you listen along
because of course we were all children once, yearning to be free
