LOOK OUT! HEY! MAZATLAN!
SCAN OF A PAINTING
As half the planet knows, the best things in life are two dollars and ninety-nine cents
and that's the princely sum we paid for the following ultra-princely acrylic painting.
It was purchased at a super wonderful thrift store somewhere near Buena Park
near the risque' and picturesque Chris & Pitts antique barbeque restaurant
where words end in "que" and time stands still and so do the frightened cattle.
You don't have to be a very dishonest Wall Street analyst to realize that the following
painting isĀ indeed something quite special in a flat sort of colourful kind of artistic way.
There's no date or artist's name on the painting and we will forever probably
wonder why the masterful painter blurred-out the fisherman's oval-shaped face.
Oh art...why doth thee taunt us so and maketh our lives such things of misery!
Here's the scan of the painting...
