HOUSEPLANT PICTURE STUDIO PRESENTS...

Here's another in our nice ongoing series of Christian Pop and Gospel album posts...
The Heritage Singers were founded by Max and Lucy Mace in Portland, Oregon in 1971
so this is most likely their first or second album..."Happy Side of Life" is somewhat
of a slow and methodial affair, sounding much like a thirteen member Carpenters.
Most of the songs on this album are about Jesus or about being happy (or both)
and (as previously mentioned) it's all a wee bit slow and methodical with most songs
clocking in at around sixty beats per minute or less. But all-in-all a great album!
